Thank you for your interest in the Holiday Basket Giveaway supporting the Champaign County Historical Society. This is a fundraising opportunity.

Payment can be made using any major credit card, debit card, ApplePay, GooglePay, or electronic check. Transactions are processed via Square and are encrypted for your protection. Tickets can be purchased using cash or check at the Museum during regular working hours. (Tuesday - Friday, 10am-4pm; Saturday, 10am-2pm)

All tickets must be purchased by 6:00pm on December 6, 2026.

Be sure that your browser (particularly Google or Chrome) is up to date. A phone number is requried for purchase, so that the winner can be quickly notified. An email is required for online purchase. An email will be sent to you immediately from noreply@jotform.com. Please add noreply@jotform.com to your email contact list.

The drawing will be held during the Holiday Dinner and Annual Meeting held in the BrownRidge Hall at 220 Court Street, Urbana, Ohio. Reservations for the meeting will be available in November.

Drawings will be made for each item.

Winners will be announced at the meeting, and contacted via phone following the drawing, or email if we cannot reach the recipient by phone.
