Terms & Conditions
1. Pre-Registration Required
  All participants must register in advance. Places are subject to availability and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Confirmation of Booking
  Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received and a confirmation notice has been issued by Spa & Resort.
3. Group Bookings
  Bookings may be combined with other participants to complete a session.
4. Arrival Time
  Participants are required to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and no refund, transfer, or make-up session will be provided.
5. Health and Fitness
  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the activity. Anyone with a medical condition or injury that may be affected by participation should seek medical advice before attending.
6. Damage to Property
  Participants shall be responsible for any loss of, or damage to, equipment, fixtures, facilities, or property caused by their actions during the activity and shall reimburse the cost of repair or replacement as determined by the operator.
7. Personal Belongings
  Spa & Resort shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8. Photography and Video Recording
  Participants acknowledge and agree that photographs and video recordings may be taken during the activity for operational, promotional, or marketing purposes. Participation constitutes consent to such use unless otherwise prohibited by law.
9. No Refunds or Transfers
  No refund, transfer, rescheduling, or credit will be permitted unless otherwise determined by Spa & Resort.
10. Club Rules
  All participants must comply with the Spa & Resort Club Rules, Membership Handbook, and instructions provided by Spa & Resort staff and the activity operator at all times.
11. Cancellation by Spa & Resort
  Spa & Resort reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify any event due to insufficient enrolment, operational requirements, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12. Inclement Weather Policy
  Spa & Resort shall cancel events if a Black Rainstorm or Typhoon Signal No.8 or higher is hoisted. Spa & Resort may also cancel events if it considers that the weather conditions are not suitable. Participants are advised to contact Spa & Resort Reception at 2812 3945 / 5200 8010 for further enquiries.
