I confirm that I am the owner or authorized caregiver for each item submitted and that I have disclosed any known crash involvement, recalls, damage, missing parts, or prior cleaning or chemical treatment. I will provide the manufacturer’s cleaning instructions or the exact make and model. Little Waves will clean only by methods permitted by the manufacturer and may decline or stop service if safe cleaning instructions are unavailable or an item appears unsafe. Cleaning does not repair damage, remove every stain or odor, certify a seat as safe, or guarantee against future issues. I understand that cleaning and transport may reveal preexisting wear or hidden damage; any new damage caused by Little Waves remains Little Waves’ responsibility. I will allow items to dry fully, inspect all components and harness routing on return, and reinstall each car seat in my vehicle according to the seat and vehicle manuals before use. Little Waves does not install, inspect, or certify car seats. I will not use a damp, damaged, incomplete, recalled, expired, or crash-involved seat without guidance from its manufacturer. I authorize the selected mobile pickup and return or self drop-off and return pickup, cleaning, and transport when applicable at the agreed handoff location.
