Middle 6th-8th, HS Girls(Teams may play up but not play down. Example Middle School players can play up in High School Division but High School teams may not play in Middle School Division)

Time: 5pm-8pm(Tentatively) Location: Lake Mary High School (Turf Field), concessions open, Modified field 40x40, 2-3 Refs, FHSAA Modified Rules, Media in attendance, 2-3 competitive games, 25 minute running clock,

I understand that no player may step onto the filed unless they are explicitly recorded on this official dashboard submission prior to the roster lock deadline. 2. ATHLETIC INJURY WAIVER: I guarantee that all participating athletes are physically fit for high-intensity tournament play. On behalf of my team, I release, waive, and hold harmless II ONE SPORTS LLC, Under The Lights Flag Football, the tournament venues, and all officiating staff from any liability for personal injuries, medical emergencies, or property damage incurred on or off the field.3. PUBLIC MEDIA RELEASE: I acknowledge that games are heavily covered by community press and event photographers/videographers. I grant the organization full permission to capture, publish, and utilize digital media files featuring any member of this roster for historical record or future marketing distributions.
PARENTAL/LEGAL GUARDIAN CONSENT

MINORS (UNDER 19) REQUIREMENTS: If any player listed on this roster is under the age of 18, their parent or legal guardian must grant full permission for tournament participation. By checking the authorization box below , the parent/guardian grants permission for the minor to compete in the league. This signature confirms acceptance of the injury liability waiver , authorizes event personnel to administer emergency care if necessary, and approves the standard media release for players.
