The rate is set by your order quantity, shown below, and is entirely optional — you choose it per photo, based on what each customer wants, when you submit on our intake form after checkout. Upscale is invoiced monthly, separate from this purchase.

What you're buying: prepaid image credits redeemable for Illustrated Portraits, produced by Story Night Studios.

Delivery: all bulk credits are fulfilled as digital files only — no print or framing is included.

Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Before expiration, you may request one 90-day extension at SNS's discretion.

Once credits expire, and any 90-day extension has passed, they are no longer valid for use. Any unused value at that point converts one time into a new Bulk Illustrated Portrait credit balance worth 50% of the expired credits' value. This new balance must be used within 6 months of the conversion date, after which it is forfeited. No cash refunds.

Production timelines reflect standard volume. During high-demand periods SNS may extend delivery windows and will communicate any changes.

Your logo is included on every Illustrated Portrait at every quantity you purchase.

Photos and personal data submitted to SNS remain private and are never shared without consent. 100% satisfaction guarantee on all completed productions.

SNS may update bulk rates with 30 days' notice; changes apply to future purchases only, never to credits already purchased.

 

After checkout, you'll receive a short form to submit your logo and your customers' photos. You can share this same link with your team or directly with a customer to submit on your behalf — since it draws from your purchased credits, share it only with people you trust to use it as intended.
