We will waive your registration costs for the day of convention you are wanting to attend. If you are planning on attending the full convention, we do ask that you please register using the "Speaker Rate for Full Convention" and submit payment for the discounted Full Convention Registration rate.

*Only* Includes attending the Banquet and Auction night, taking place the second day of Convention. Each induvial (including spouses of all attendees) must have their own ticket.

Hosted by Laramie Rivers Conservation District at the Cowboy Dance Hall & Saloon from 5:30pm-8:30pm. Please be sure to mark if you're attending for catering purposes!

Cancellations, substitutions, and requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to communications.admin@conservewy.com before November 10th, 2025 to receive a refund. An administrative processing fee of $100 will be deducted. Partial refunds of registration fees after November 10th, 2025, will not be refunded except in extenuating circumstances that are clearly beyond the control of registrants, such as airport or road closures for weather, extreme immediate family emergencies, etc. In this case, a written request must be provided. All approved refunds will be processed within six to eight weeks after the meeting. For questions regarding your refund, please contact WACD by email at communications.admin@conservewy.com Returned checks are subject to a $50 administrative fee.
