Tradeshow Terms & Conditions
Booths are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservation Deadline: January 13, 2027. Payment must be received in full prior to setup. Sharing a booth with other companies is prohibited unless special arrangements are made with the IGWA office in advance. Exhibitor fee includes free registration and all meals for one person for 1 Exhibit; two people for 2 Exhibits; and three people for 3 Exhibits. CANCELLATION POLICY: 100% refund on/before January 13, 2027; 50% refund on or before January 22, 2027; NO REFUND on or after January 23, 2027.
