BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your Mystic Consultation is a private, 30-minute chat session reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following terms before booking.

Payment: Full payment of $55 is required to secure your appointment. All consultation payments are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation or a missed appointment.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment one time at no additional charge with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a new booking & payment.

Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to honor the appointments scheduled after yours. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a missed appointment.

Missed appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled consultation, your payment will not be refunded or transferred to a future appointment.

If I need to reschedule: If I am unable to attend your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or a full refund.

Your consultation: This session is designed to help you explore your goals, discuss your options & identify an appropriate next step. The consultation fee covers the time & guidance provided during our session. Additional products or services are purchased separately, & specific spiritual, personal or financial outcomes are not guaranteed.
