Regardless of enrollment option, BECOMING KNOWN™ content is intentionally delivered in sequence. The experience is designed to progressively build how you are known, not simply provide a library of content.
3. Client Personalization & Responsibility
Client is responsible for reviewing, personalizing, fact-checking, and approving all content before publication.
Client should only publish statements, experiences, opinions, accomplishments, statistics, or examples that accurately represent the Client and that the Client is comfortable presenting publicly as their own.
4. No Guaranteed Results
BECOMING KNOWN™ is designed to support professional visibility and thought leadership. Results vary based on factors outside AF Career Marketing's control, including the Client's participation, posting consistency, network, market conditions, platform algorithms, audience engagement, and other factors. No specific level of reach, engagement, career opportunity, employment, promotion, or other outcome is guaranteed.
5. LinkedIn / Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
BECOMING KNOWN™ is an independent AF Career Marketing offering and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn. LinkedIn features, functionality, policies, and algorithms may change at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
AF Career Marketing retains ownership of the BECOMING KNOWN™ methodology, framework, program materials, templates, guides, visual resources, training materials, and other proprietary program content.
Client may personalize and use provided post content and visual resources for their own professional presence during and after the program.
Program materials may not be copied, resold, redistributed, licensed, shared with colleagues or third parties, used to create competing products or services, or made available as templates or resources to others without written permission.
7. Cancellation / Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the program and immediate access to proprietary materials, payments already made are non-refundable.
Monthly membership can be cancelled at anytime. Past payments are non-refundable.
8. Confidentiality + Client Information
AF Career Marketing will treat information you share as part of BECOMING KNOWN™ as confidential and use it only to support your experience.
Please do not share confidential or proprietary information belonging to your employer, clients, colleagues, or other third parties.
You are responsible for reviewing your content before publishing and ensuring that any experiences, results, company information, or examples you include are accurate, appropriate to share publicly, and do not violate any confidentiality or other obligations you may have.
You have final approval over everything you publish.
9. Testimonials / Content Use
Clients agree that any testimonial or identifiable results can be used for promotional purposes, including the Client's name, likeness, and LinkedIn content.
10. Scope / What Isn't Included
BECOMING KNOWN™ does not include:
1:1 career coaching, resume writing, LinkedIn profile rewriting, job-search management, daily social media management, posting on the client's behalf, guaranteed engagement, custom graphic design for every post, unlimited revisions, or individualized content writing outside the program materials.
This is especially important because your company offers some of those things separately.
