  • At Ohio City Provisions, we have everything you'll need to make your Thanksgiving an all local feast: pasture-raised turkeys, seasonal produce & farm fresh desserts, charcuterie boards and more, all raised/grown within 75 miles of your table.

    Want to pickup closer to home?  Co-owner, and turkey farmer, Trevor, also owns Fresh Fork Market. Fresh Fork has 11 area pick up locations in your Cle / Akron community that's selling the same fresh turkeys, fixings package, stock/gravy and pies.     Fresh Fork services the following communities: Akron, Beachwood, Brecksville, Cleveland Heights, Hudson, Lakewood, Mentor, Middleburg Heights, Rocky River, Solon, and Westlake.  

    Early Turkey Requests.  Fresh, never frozen turkeys are not available before Sun, Nov 22.  If you need something sooner, please consider a brined turkey. These are also fresh, never frozen turkeys; we just harvest a small batch early to get them in brine and let it work it's magic.  We have a limited number of birds being harvested early to fill these requests, starting Sun, Nov 15.  A brined turkey will stay fresh until the first week of December.

  • WHOLE TURKEYS

    Once a quantity for the turkey field is selected, additional options will appear for weight ranges, fresh/brined and butcher cut options. Select quantity, fresh or brined (add 75 cents per pound for brine), and or butcher cut (add $10) in this section for WHOLE Market or Heritage turkeys. If you need more than 3 turkeys, please submit an additional order form.

Includes: Carrots (2#), Onions (3#), Sweet Potatoes (3.5#), Gold or White Potatoes (3#), Winter Squash (3 count), Cauliflower (1), Brussels Sprouts (1 stalk), Sweet Corn (1 quart, frozen), Apples (1/2 peck), Lettuce or Spinach (~8oz), Garlic (1), Eggs (1 doz), Whole Wheat Bread Cubes (1#)
