Session Description
As a way to advance equitable student success, this hands-on workshop equips student affairs professionals with strategies and tools to integrate High Impact Practices (HIPs) into co-curricular programs. Participants explore HIPs’ quality dimensions and apply a practical assessment tool to reimagine existing initiatives. Grounded in research, this session highlights how student affairs can broaden access to HIPs, reduce barriers for underserved students, and enhance learning outcomes–without requiring new funding or programs.
