By registering for and participating in an adult art workshop at Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse, located at 12671 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest, FL 33156, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Studio Policies
Respect all people, artwork, materials, furnishings, and studio property.
Only registered workshop participants and authorized guests are permitted in the studio during the workshop.
All registrations and payments are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or missed workshops. Registration may not be transferred to another workshop unless otherwise approved by Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse.
Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse reserves the right to ask a participant to leave if their behavior is disruptive, unsafe, inappropriate, or interferes with the experience of other participants. The studio reserves the right of admission.
Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse is not responsible for artwork, clothing, or personal belongings that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left behind.
Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
I understand that I will be participating in art-based activities that may involve paint, glue, scissors, art tools, easels, and other studio materials and equipment.
While reasonable precautions will be taken to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, I understand that participation in art activities involves certain inherent risks, including the possibility of accidents, injury, allergic reactions, or damage to clothing or personal belongings.
I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation and, to the extent permitted by law, agree to release and hold harmless Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse, its owners, employees, instructors, representatives, and affiliates from claims or liability arising from my participation in the workshop.
If I experience an accident or medical emergency during the workshop and emergency assistance is reasonably necessary, I authorize Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse to contact EMS/911 or other appropriate emergency services on my behalf.
Photography & Video Consent
I give permission for photographs or videos taken of me and/or my artwork during the workshop to be used by Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse for studio-related promotional purposes, including social media, its website, email marketing, and printed promotional materials.
SMS Messaging Consent
By providing my mobile phone number, I consent to receive SMS/text messages from Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse regarding my registration, workshop reminders, schedule updates, events, billing, and other studio communications. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. I may opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Acknowledgment
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understand these policies, voluntarily agree to the terms of this participation agreement and waiver, and agree to follow Priscilla & Tiffany’s Arthouse studio policies.
