Attention Dealers: join us for the first ever Great Western Diecast Toy & Collectible Show! Get ready for the Christmas season with more than 140 dealer tables at the beautiful Westin Westminster just off of Highway 36 at 104th. We are welcoming Diecast Cars, Toys, Dolls, Legos, and Collectibles of all kinds! This isn't a flea market to unload the leftovers – we'll be advertising for months in advance to attract shoppers from Colorado, Wyoming, New Mexico, and the Great Plains states as well. Admission will only be $5 cash (kids 10 and under are free) and discount / free parking will be available. The Hotel will have their café open for everyone, and an ATM will be available.
Sitting under the Christmas Tree will be several wrapped presents to open... by both shoppers and dealers! Every paid guest and dealer will receive a door prize ticket, and we'll draw every hour until we close. Those boxes won't include mainlines – RLCs, Super Hunts, Chase Pieces, and at least one jaw dropping surprise will be waiting! Winners must be present to win.
Dealer setup will begin at 6:00am, and early floor rights will start at 8am for $10. The show will open at 9:00am for all regular shoppers at $5 each, and we'll kick em all out and close the doors for tear down at noon – but not before giving away that last and most coveted of raffle prizes. The hotel wants us gone by 2:00pm, so don't dawdle tearing down! The showroom has two load-in points on both the east and west side, so getting in and getting out should be pretty easy (like all shows, please move your vehicle quickly after you unload). There are no slatted walls – the south half of the room is fitted with windows for sunlight. NOTE: Dealers must make a reasonable effort to price their items!
Dealer tables will be $50 ($53 if paying by paypal) and that will include hotel parking for your vehicle, and a cover for every table at no charge. Cancelations after November 14th will not be refunded. Sales tax forms will be available at check in, and it is the Dealer's responsibility to handle all local, state, and federal tax obligations. Setup will be the traditional rectangle layout, and if you'd like to setup next to someone, you must request in advance (special request line, below). Discounted rooms are available for those traveling long distance!
