Club policies and behaviour expectations
Parents and guardians must read TNFC’s Player Code of Conduct, Parent and Spectator Expectations, Supporters Code of Conduct, Anti-Bullying Policy, Child Safety Policy, Member Protection requirements, Photography and Media Consent Policy, Social Media Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy before registering.
Parents and spectators: treat players, coaches, volunteers, referees and other families respectfully. Follow club directions and support a safe, inclusive environment. Bullying, abuse, discrimination, harassment and threatening behaviour are not acceptable.
Players: respect teammates, opponents, coaches, referees and club property; follow reasonable safety and behaviour instructions; and tell a trusted adult about bullying, unsafe conduct or concerns. Breaches are managed under TNFC’s published policies and procedures.
Cancellation and fee refunds
To the extent permitted by law, fees are non-refundable for cancelled, postponed, shortened or interrupted individual sessions, including unsafe grounds, venue closures and other safety or operational reasons. Replacement sessions may be arranged where practical but are not guaranteed.
Withdrawal, cancellation, registration changes, whole-programme cancellations and significant changes are assessed under TNFC’s published Refund & Cancellation Policy. This wording does not override that policy or any right to a refund, credit or other remedy under Australian Consumer Law. Contact president@tnfc.au about a cancellation or refund request.
