MVD WRITTEN EXAM TEST PREP STUDY NIGHT
DISCLAIMER & PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
This study night provides participants with additional practice, review, and study support to help them prepare for the New Mexico MVD written knowledge exam.
All instructional materials used during this study night are state-certified, and a licensed and certified driving instructor teaches the class.
Desert Road Academy LLC does not guarantee that participation in this study night will result in passing the MVD written exam. The New Mexico Motor Vehicle Division (MVD) administers the actual exam, and the MVD determines exam questions, requirements, and testing procedures.
Desert Road Academy LLC is NOT currently offering the MVD Written Exam or Road Exam. This is a study class ONLY.
STUDY MATERIALS
All materials provided during the event are intended for educational and test-preparation purposes. Participants will receive instruction and review using state-certified materials to help reinforce knowledge and understanding of New Mexico driving laws, traffic regulations, road signs, and safe driving practices.
The practice questions and activities used during the study night are not the official MVD examination and do not guarantee that the same questions will appear on the actual exam.
NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS
Attendance at the MVD Test Prep Study Night does not guarantee that a participant will pass the MVD written exam.
Desert Road Academy LLC is not responsible for a participant's test results, failure to pass the exam, or any decision made by the MVD regarding testing eligibility.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the applicable New Mexico driver's manual and meeting all MVD requirements for taking the written exam.
PARTICIPATION
Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and follow all instructions provided by Desert Road Academy LLC staff and the licensed/certified driving instructor. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave the event.

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these terms and conditions and agree to participate in the MVD Written Exam Test Prep Study Night at Desert Road Academy LLC.
