- You will be emailed your vendor agreement form once payment has been received. Please return the completed vendor agreement form as soon as possible to bazaars@culturalsurvival.org
  
  Booth Payment Policy: Vendors will be charged the corresponding booth fee based on the date their payment is received. Your booth fee is not refundable. Exceptions may be made for extreme family emergencies with medical documentation, in which case the full fee minus $100 would be refunded.

- I understand that agreement letters and invitation letters will not be sent until payment is received. I will sign and submit the agreement in order to guarantee my spot.
- You will be emailed your food vendor agreement form once payment has been received. Please return the completed food vendor agreement form as soon as possible to bazaars@culturalsurvival.org.
  
  You must accomplish every local requirement to be accepted.

  - Mobile Food establishments need to designate a commissary or base where food will be prepped and equipment cleaned and stored.
  - Need a letter from the venue saying they can vend
  - Need a letter from the commissary or restaurant base saying the food vendor can utilize the establishment.
