Why do we hold so much tension—even when we’re trying to relax? What if some of the aches, stiffness, and discomfort we’ve come to accept as “normal” are actually habits we can change?

In this free, one-hour introduction to the Alexander Technique, you’ll learn how everyday patterns of movement, posture, and tension can contribute to stress, discomfort, and chronic pain—and, more importantly, how to begin changing them.

Through simple, practical exercises, you’ll discover how greater awareness and small changes can make a surprisingly big difference in how you feel—helping you release unnecessary tension, move with less effort, and feel more at ease in your body.

No special equipment, flexibility, or experience required. Just come as you are, ready to learn.
