Food trucks must be open and ready to serve during the following event hours:

3:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Saturday, March 20, 2027
11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Friday Night / Overnight: Food trucks are welcome to remain open beyond 9:00 PM and serve BBQ competition teams and event personnel throughout the night.

Additional Booth Supplies

Booth space does not include additional supplies or equipment. Additional items may be arranged through the event; however, all associated costs are the responsibility of the registrant and will be billed directly by the supplier.

Our event supplier is ALot of Fun Party Rentals & Supplies. Registrants may also contact them directly to coordinate additional needs, pricing, and quantities.

Food Truck Vendor Agreement & Liability Release

By participating as a food truck vendor at the Central Texas BBQ Roundup (CTBR), I certify that my food truck holds a current Texas DSHS Mobile Food Vendor license and that all personnel meet applicable food handler, health, fire, safety, licensing, and insurance requirements.

I accept responsibility for my business, employees, equipment, products, and operations. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CTBR, the Huntington Bank Expo, and their respective officers, employees, agents, and representatives from claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from or related to my food truck operations or participation in the event, except to the extent prohibited by law.
