Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the VUFC Holy Convocation 2026! We’re excited to welcome businesses, brands, and entrepreneurs to showcase their products and services while connecting with our Convocation attendees. Please complete the registration below to select your vending opportunity and secure your space.

VENDOR SETUP & RESPONSIBILITIES
Vendor opportunities are available during all four days of Holy Convocation 2026.

Setup begins 30 minutes before each scheduled vending period and must be fully completed no later than 15 minutes before the start of the Day or Night Service.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Setting up and breaking down their vendor space for each Day and/or Night Service
• Securing all merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings
• Removing all items from the vending area at the conclusion of each vending period

PLEASE NOTE: Overnight storage and security are not available. VUFC is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, damaged, or left unattended.

We are excited to offer several vending opportunities throughout Holy Convocation. Please review the options below and select the opportunity that best fits your business.

VENDING OPTIONS

INSIDE VENDING
Vendor space located inside the facility, with opportunities to vend during both Day and Night Services.

INSIDE PREMIERE VENDING
Premium vendor space located inside the facility during Night Services, featuring up-front placement for maximum visibility and exposure. Premiere placement is available for an upgraded fee.

OUTSIDE VENDING — CATERING/FOOD VENDORS
All catering and food vendors are required to set up outside the facility for food preparation, cooking, and serving. Electricity will be available.

PLEASE NOTE: Standard Inside Vendor locations are assigned daily and may vary from day to day.

Vendors who select PREMIERE Vending will receive designated up-front placement for maximum exposure and visibility during Night Services.

GENERAL VENDOR RULES & REGULATIONS
To provide a safe, organized, and enjoyable vending experience, all vendors are expected to follow the guidelines below:

Vendor Approval: VUFC reserves the right to approve, deny, or discontinue vendor participation when necessary.

Vendor Space: Approval to vend applies only to the space and vending opportunity purchased. Participation does not guarantee future vending opportunities or create any ownership or property rights.

Vendor Placement: VUFC leadership and staff reserve the right to assign or relocate vendor spaces as needed. Space-change requests are not guaranteed.

Conduct: Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward VUFC leadership, staff, attendees, and fellow vendors. Violation of vendor guidelines, disruptive behavior, or harassment may result in immediate removal and/or loss of future vending privileges.

Vendor Property: Vendors are fully responsible for all merchandise, equipment, supplies, and personal belongings brought onto the premises. VUFC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Cleanup: Vendors must keep their assigned area clean and are responsible for removing all merchandise, equipment, trash, and other items at the conclusion of their vending period.
Agreement Termination: VUFC reserves the right to terminate a vendor agreement when necessary. Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

CANCELLATION, REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY

Holy Convocation 2026 will proceed rain or shine.

All vendor registrations and payments are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE. If a vendor chooses not to participate or does not use their reserved space, all fees paid will be forfeited.

Vendor spaces are NON-TRANSFERABLE and may not be sold, transferred, or reassigned to another individual or business without prior approval from VUFC.

By submitting your vendor registration, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the VUFC Holy Convocation 2026 Vendor Rules & Regulations.
