Entry to Pumpkin Decorating Contest$20.00

Entry for one family into the pumpkin decorating contest to be completed on site October 4. Includes one large pumpkin, paint, and access to all carving and decorating materials available on site. Families are welcome to bring materials from home. Winner of the contest (to be decided by artworks employee votes) will take home a Free Birthday Party Certificate (Value $350)

To-Go Playdough & Slime Bar $10.00

Access for one child to the playdough and slime bar. We are showing participants how to make 5 different types of slime or dough! Each participant takes home some of what they made in a custom jar with 3 included charms. (Extra add-ins and charms available for purchase.)

We have all t-shirt sizes on hand! Just show up and we will help you create a tie-dye masterpiece in seasonal colors.

Mommy + Me : Wet Felt a PlayMat Workshop Oct 10$50.00

Best for Moms and children ages 3-6yrs. We are using wool fibers and wet felting techniques to create our own playmats! Each participant can create a 12x18" mat using any colors they like, and little ones are encouraged to engage in this process alongside their adults!

Dad + Me : Build a Birdhouse Workshop Nov 7$50.00

For ages 7+ Build a Birdhouse Workshop instruction will begin at 10am. Dads/Adults are encouraged to bring their own tools if available; we will have a small class set of hand tools and mini impact drills for participant use. Students will receive some simple woodworking and tool safety instruction, then work with their parent to create a functional birdhouse from a variety of pre-cut wood pieces.

LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM (MINOR CHILD)
THIS IS A RELEASE OF LEGAL RIGHTS — READ AND UNDERSTAND BEFORE SUBMITTING THIS FORM!

I hereby certify that I am the adult parent or guardian of the child described above, a minor child under the age of eighteen years, and I consent to his/her participation in recreational activities at an art studio, (Artworks Art Studio) and his/her use of art material & tools provided by the art studio instructors.
I understand and acknowledge that I am fully aware of and assume the risks (including but not limited to the risk of serious bodily injury, property loss or damage), of (1) said minor child’s participation in recreational activities at the
studio, and (2) his/her use of the art materials & tools. I recognize my responsibility to ensure that said minor child participates only in
those activities for which he/she has the required skills, qualifications, training and physical conditioning. I understand that Artworks Art Studio shall have no responsibility to pay for medical treatment and related costs if said minor child is injured.

Knowing the risks described above, I agree, personally and on behalf of the minor child named above, to assume all the risks and responsibilities surrounding my minor child’s use of the Studio and materials/tools. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I hold harmless and agree to indemnify Artworks, its officers, directors, faculty, staff, volunteers, employees and agents, from and against any present or future claim, cause of action, loss or liability for injury to person or property, which said minor child may suffer or for which said minor child may be liable to any other person, related to said minor
child’s participation in recreational activities at the Studio and use of the materials/tools, resulting from any cause whatsoever, and regardless of fault.
I am at least eighteen years of age and have carefully read and freely signed this Liability Waiver and Release Form(Minor Child) by way of submission for registration. I understand and agree that no oral or written representations can or will alter the contents of this document.

Refund Policy: ALL CAMP PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE! If you accidentally ignored the instructions and made a payment for a waitlisted camp please contact us before 5pm end-of-day on the same day of your payment to void your payment without penalty. Artworks is entitled to keep your waitlist payment as a credit for future camps.

CAMP FAQ:

Structure of a Camp Day: Campers can enjoy studio free-time between activities throughout the camp day as long as they have finished projects, followed instructions, and cleaned up! Free-time activities include, painting, playdo, free-draw, library books, building with toys, or any hand-craft we have available in the studio that day.
