Event Policies
Breakdown: Vendors may not begin packing up before event closing unless approved by management.
• Payment Policy: Booth payments are non-refundable. Credits may be issued at management’s discretion for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event.
• Booth Assignments: Booth locations are assigned by management based on event layout and vendor category. Placement is not guaranteed until payment is received.
• Conduct Policy: Vendors may not solicit or recruit other vendors for competing events while participating at 101 Night Market.
• Rain or Shine: Events operate rain or shine unless otherwise announced by management.
• By submitting payment, vendors acknowledge and agree to all 101 Night Market rules and policies.
I agree to Refund & Cancellation Policy All vendor payments are non-refundable. If the event is canceled due to weather, safety concerns, or orders from the city or authorities, the event may be rescheduled at the organizer’s discretion. Payments may be transferred to a future event date. No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, early breakdowns, or failure to comply with event rules. Submission of payment confirms acceptance of these terms. Liability Disclaimer The organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, staff, equipment, or property. Vendors agree to operate at their own risk and hold the organizer harmless from any claims arising from participation.
Online Payment Only: Cash payments will not be accepted. All vendor fees must be paid through the official online payment form to secure your space.
