Deposits & refunds

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to book
Balance of payment is due 6 weeks prior to the clinic
Cancellation fees are: $50 prior to 8 weeks of clinic.
No refunds within 8 weeks of clinic, unless the clinic runs full, in which case $100 cancellation fee will apply.
Bookings are only transferable outside of 6 weeks of the clinic.
Additional costs
You will need to pay for your camping/ accommodation separately
Details will be emailed to you after you book.
Camping is unpowered.

Please read the following carefully. By signing, you confirm that you understand and agree to the clinic's Risk Warning & Waiver and Booking Terms & Conditions.
I consent to medical attention and authorise the instructor in charge to administer first aid and call and ambulance. I agree to bear any cost thereby incurred.
This is to certify that I, as a parent/guardian with legal responsibility for the Participant, acknowledge, understand and accept all of the above and consent to his/her release as provided above. I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any and all liabilities arising from my minor child’s involvement or participation in the Activities and/or recreational services, even if arising from the negligence of the Provider.
Filming during the clinic: For the privacy and learning environment of all participants, personal video recording is not permitted during the clinic.
Use of photos and videos: by submitting this form you agree to the professional use of any photos or videos for our business purposes only. Please email us if you do not wish to be used in any media.
Deposits / payments may not be refunded. Any cancellation will incur a cancellation fee. This is $50 if is before 8 weeks of the clinic. It is $100 if it is within 8 weeks of the clinic.
