Use the form below to register for the "Trunk or Treat" event. Please complete the full form as we want to make sure we have enough candy/trinkets for everyone.
Costumes are encouraged! Just a reminder that costumes need to be school appropriate and no weapons are allowed. Kids must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Admission is free.
You can pre-purchase a "Boo Bag" below that you can pick up at the event. This includes a trick or treat bag, a sticker sheet, spiderweb sticky, halloween fidget, a Pushpop and you get to pick out a pumpkin! We will only have a few to sell at the actual event so make sure to preorder yours here!
