      • Indoor & Outdoor Chili Spaces Available: Cook at home & get an indoor spot or cook onsite outdoors (no inside cooking)
        • Outdoor entry spaces open at 8 AM
        • Indoor entry setup from 11 AM to 12 Noon: Limited electricity for crock-pots, bring chili already warm
      • Judging, Calcutta & Awards: Many Ways to Win!
        • Official Judging: Blind judging format + Calcutta! Chili check-in starts at 12 Noon. Calcutta auction starts around 1 (based on number of entries)
        • Peoples Choice Awards: Taste chili entries & vote on YOUR faves in 5 categories: Overall Pick (50/50 entry fees to winner), Spiciest, Most Unusual, Tastes Like Texas, How 'Bout Them Beans
      • Chili Entry Rules
        • Chili from scratch! Any meat, canned beans and tomatoes OK
        • Teams serve their stations, supply own condiments, no glass bottles
        • Make at least 3-5 pounds (roughly a full large crock pot), so you have enough for Official Judges and People's Choice tastings (we usually have around 200 attendees)
