• The Dirt Tour invites passengers onto a luxury coach to visit some of the nation's most innovative nuclear sites. Some of these industries have inherited and are reinvigorating legacy sites, others have broken new ground for the first time in East Tennessee. Each of the unique locations visited will allow a company representative aboard to speak with guests, answer questions, and share updates and progress with passengers.

    At the moment there is upwards of fifteen billion dollars in nuclear investment in Oak Ridge, TN.

  • Guests will gather at AMSE at 8:00am for departure by 8:30am.

    Passengers will lunch at the Atomic History Campus' Wilcox Interpretative Center, midday.

    Buses will return to AMSE around 3:30pm.

    *Expectation is from 8:30am - 3:30pm. The tour will continue to evolve and times will adjust. We encourage guests to exercise Flexibility at the time of ticket booking. 

    Tour includes an exclusive inside look at upcoming, repurposed, and new nuclear facilities. Refreshments will be offered along the way as well as lunch at the tour's midway point.
