LEADING WITH MOMENTUM WORKSHOP
A small-group workshop on the social dynamics of turning ideas into action
Many leaders are confident facilitating meetings or inspiring people. But sustaining momentum across a project — when roles, expectations, and pressures start to emerge — is a different kind of leadership.
This small-group workshop would explore the group dynamics of leadership over time: how to establish direction, keep people engaged, and navigate the inevitable tensions that arise when a group is trying to deliver something together.
Using action methods and role exploration, we would work with real examples from participants’ projects.
Some of the areas we might explore include:
- Establishing clear milestones
- Keeping people engaged over time
- Navigating shifting roles and responsibilities
- Maintaining energy when things stall
Morning tea and lunch will be provided.
