ECC Fall 2026 Conference Registration

Sunday, October 18th from 9:00 a.m. - 4:15 p.m
Verify your dancer's appropriate level with their teacher before registering. The exam level your student is working on may or may not be the best class at this conference.

Rates and Deadlines:
- Discounted Early Registration Rate ($125) deadline: Wednesday, September 30th.
- Full Price Registration ($140) Thursday October 1st - Sunday, October 13th.
- Last Minute Registration ($155) Monday October 14th - Thursday October 17th (space permitting).

- When dropping off, please be sure to follow all traffic laws. Either park in a parking spot to allow your dancer to enter the building, or pull up on the correct side of the road (with the studio doors on your RIGHT) to drop off your dancer. Your cooperation will help prevent traffic and most importantly, keep our dancers safe.
No on-site registrations. All registrations are final. No refunds, no transfers to other registrants, no carry-overs to other events. Injured students are encouraged to attend and observe.
