Terms & Conditions
By booking a place in the workshop, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Bookings & Payment
Your place in the workshop is confirmed once full payment has been received. Places are limited and bookings are subject to availability.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, change of mind, illness, injury, personal circumstances or non-attendance.
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
3. Transfers
Bookings are [not transferable / may be transferred to another participant with prior approval]. Any approved transfer must be arranged with us before the workshop.
4. Workshop Changes or Cancellation
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the workshop, including the teacher, timetable, location or content.
If we need to cancel the workshop and are unable to provide a suitable alternative, any refund or other remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.
5. Health & Participation
Ballet and dance involve physical activity and carry an inherent risk of injury. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically able to participate and should advise the teacher of any relevant injury, limitation or condition before participating.
Participants should work within their own physical limits and follow the instructions of the teacher and workshop staff.
6. Safety & Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely towards teachers, staff and other participants. We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave the workshop if their behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
7. Photography & Video
Photography and video may be taken during the workshop for promotional or social media purposes. [Participants who do not wish to appear in promotional material should notify us before the workshop.]
8. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property except where required by law.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
