Acknowledgment of Risks
I understand that participating in the Paint Your Own Pumpkin event involves the use of paint, craft supplies, and pumpkins, and may expose me (or my child) to certain risks, including but not limited to:
Skin irritation, paint stains, or minor injuries (e.g., cuts, scrapes).
Accidental ingestion of materials.
Slips, trips, or falls in the event area.
I acknowledge that these risks are inherent and voluntarily choose to participate (or allow my child to participate).
Release of Liability
In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I, for myself, my heirs, and assigns, hereby release and discharge Van Hoekelen Garden Center, its owners, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or expense that may occur during or in connection with participation in this event.
