1. You are the gatekeeper.
You decide who appears on your Star List. Purposeful Promotions builds it, runs it, and bills it. We do not add anyone you did not put there.
2. This becomes how you hand out names.
When a client asks you for a roofer, a lender, or an attorney, you send them to your Star List. That is the commitment, and it is the reason a seat on the list is worth anything to the people in it.
3. Selection is yours and is not for sale.
You choose who goes on your list on the basis of their work. No vendor may buy their way onto it, and a vendor who declines to advertise is not removed from your referral practice as a result.
4. You submit your list before anyone is contacted about money.
You name your vendors on this form. We contact them afterwards. The timestamp on this submission is the record of that order.
5. Trade advertising carries your face and your endorsement.
Headline: “I know a guy.” Your photograph, your name, your brokerage. These are your people and the creative says so.
6. Transaction advertising is a joint campaign and carries the team.
Headline: “Buying or selling in 12047 — here is the Star List.” It runs as a group. Every participant on that page pays the same rate, including you.
7. Transaction category stays dark until it holds more than one participant.
One lender is not a list. Until a category holds more than one name, it does not publish, and nobody in it is billed.
8. Campaign voice belongs to Purposeful Promotions.
We write it, design it, and place it. You approve your own likeness and your own name. You do not get line-edit control over the campaign.
9 Money.
$599 set-up, one time. $0 a month for a trades-only list. $299 a month if you take the transaction campaign — the identical rate every other participant on that page pays. Monthly billing begins the month your first settlement category publishes.
10. Ending it.
Thirty days’ written notice either way. Your page comes down, your creative stops, no exit fee. Set-up is not refundable once the list is built.
