    5 Week Series: October 1st, 8th 15th, 22nd, 29th

  • The Jr. Naturalist Program consists of 4 five-week sessions. Sessions can be signed up for independent of each other, but to achieve the Jr. Naturalist title, students must complete all 4 badges. The entire program takes place over the full duration of the school year (2 sessions per semester).

  • While earning the adventurer badge, students will use their passion and curiosity about nature to develop skills that will transform them into expert observers of our natural world. Exploring the ins and outs of our 33 acre nature preserve, students will learn how to observe wildlife, identify native plants, and about the interconnectedness of our local ecosystems.

    Covers topics of: forest ecology, wildlife observation, plant & animal identification, and more!
