＊Rehearsals are closed to the public. Spectator Tickets are valid only for the official competitions and public events scheduled on the selected ticket date.

*Ticket Purchase Terms

• Seating: S, A, and B tickets are sold by seating zone. Seats will be assigned randomly within the selected zone, and specific seat numbers cannot be selected.
• Ticket Date: Spectator tickets are valid only for the selected competition date(s). If you wish to attend more than one competition day, please purchase the corresponding 2-Day or 3-Day ticket.
• Purchase Limit: Each order is limited to one ticket. Please select the appropriate 1-Day, 2-Day, or 3-Day ticket using the corresponding purchase link.
• Refund & Exchange Policy: All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please carefully confirm your ticket type and attendance date(s) before completing payment.
• Ticket Collection & Entry: Please arrive at the on-site ticket collection point in advance. Your purchase information will be verified before your ticket is issued.
• Identification: A valid photo ID is required for ticket verification and collection.
• Accepted identification includes a National ID Card or Passport. Please enter your real full name when purchasing.
• Only mobile phones are permitted for photography and videography inside the venue. Professional photo and video equipment — including point-and-shoot cameras, DSLRs, Insta360 cameras, DJI devices and all other professional filming gear — are strictly prohibited.
• Child Admission: Children are required to hold a valid ticket for entry.
  Arrival Time: Please arrive at the venue at least 60 minutes before the event begins.
• Event Duration: The competition day is expected to last approximately 300 minutes or longer, subject to the actual event schedule and on-site conditions.
• Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages, professional photography or recording equipment, lighters, and other prohibited items may not be brought into the venue. Please follow all venue regulations and instructions from event staff.
• Storage: No storage lockers are available at the venue. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables with you at all times.
• Health Notice: The event environment may be energetic, crowded, and lengthy.
• Please consider your personal health condition before purchasing tickets and attending. Guests with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure, myocarditis, or other relevant medical conditions are advised to seek appropriate medical advice before attending. Attendance is at your own discretion and responsibility.
• Travel Reminder: Please plan your journey in advance and allow sufficient time for travel, ticket collection, and entry.
