International Market & More Registration for the United We Dance Market

Welcome Vendors! It's time to reserve space for United We Dance. This is a once in a lifetime event celebrating America's 250th Anniversary in Miller Park from 11am to 8pm. The address is 928 Market Street and is located in the heart of downtown The day opens at 11am with intergenerational performances from Art To Empower, spanning ballet to modern dance. At 1pm, Barking Legs Theater brings a powerful dance interpretation of the Bill of Rights. Then at 3pm, Chattanooga's Dance Clock chimes to life — journeying from 1700s Country dancing and Irish reels through Blues, Soul, Hip Hop, and Latin rhythms, before the sun sets on the American Dancefest with hits from Neil Diamond and Dolly Parton to Bad Bunny and Usher. Deadline for registration is September 20th and spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Booth fee is $50 and food trucks have a fee of $60 to cover the parking fees.

PLEASE NOTE: This is an all day event which may require you to bring back up help and/or work in shifts to cover the entire timeframe. You are welcome to cover your tables if you need to take a break but we cannot have any packout or load in once the event begins. While our volunteers will do everything we can to assist, we cannot promise that we can accomodate everyone. We will have security onsite and a first aid station in the Art 120 booth. There is a non-refundable $50 fee per booth for small businesses, artists, and sole proprietors. The Food truck fee is $60 in order to cover the parking space fees.

For large businesses with 6 or more employees, there is a $100 non-refundable registration fee. 

Non-Profit Organizations will pay a refundable deposit of $40 to reserve their space. This is fully refundable if you show up and stay for the alloted time.

All International Market and More events occur rain or shine. Please be aware of the weather and plan accordingly.

Participants must set up within their designated area and stay for the entire event. You are welcome to close your booth down but we cannot allow vendors to dismantle their booth for the safety of our patrons and respect for our fellow vendors.

Prepare to have fun!                                                       

(A) I shall indemnify and hold harmless Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, the City of Chattanooga, and volunteer organizers from any and all loss, costs (including reasonable attorney fees and court costs), damages, expense, and liability arising from the International Market and More events. Art 120, River City Company, The City of Chattanooga, and its sponsors and organizers accept no liability for any issue that may arise. Any insurance protection that may be necessary for the accidental injury, vehicular, or property damage is the sole responsibility of the applicant.

(B) I hereby WAIVE, RELEASE, AND DISCHARGE from any and all liability, including but not limited to, liability arising from the negligence or fault of the entities or persons released, for my death, disability, personal injury, property damage, property theft, or actions of any kind which may hereafter occur to me including my traveling to and from this event, THE FOLLOWING ENTITIES OR PERSONS: Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, the City of Chattanooga, and/or their sponsors, directors, officers, volunteers, representatives, and agents, the activity or event holders, activity or event sponsors, activity or event volunteers.

(C) I understand that at this event or related activities, I may be photographed and hereby give Art 120, River City Company, Tennessee Arts Commission, and the City of Chattanooga permission to allow photos, videos, or film likeness of myself and my business to be used for any legitimate purpose by the event holders, producers, sponsors, organizers, and assigns of the International Market and More. The accident waiver and release of liability shall be construed broadly to provide a release and waiver to the maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
