Tattoo Raffle Terms & Conditions
By purchasing the above wallpapers, you acknowledge that you will be entered in a chance to win a free tattoo by Roxanna (Roxyblooms). You also acknowledge that purchasing a wallpaper does not guarantee that you will win the raffle.
If chosen as the winner for the free tattoo, you acknowledge that you will need to schedule the appointment within 48 hours of being announced as the winner. If the organizer, Roxanna Santiago, does not receive an email response within 24 hours, a text message will be sent to the number provided. If there is no response to either within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen at random.
The tattoo appointment must be booked in the calendar year 2026. If scheduling conflicts prevent the winner from having their tattoo completed by December 31st, 2026 11:59 pm ET, the tattoo will be forfeited.
Only participants over the age of 18 will be entered in the raffle. Anyone who purchases a wallpaper, but is under 18 will still receive an email with their purchase, but no entry will be placed on their behalf.
Design Limitations:
The tattoo provided will be a custom design, completed in the artist's preferred tattoo style. This includes full color botanical pieces, illustrative black and grey, or custom pop culture/ anime.
No realism, portraits, cover ups, face tattoos, genetial tattoos, or knee tattoos.
Scar cover ups are solely the artist's discretion. Scars must be at least a year healed.
The total tattoo value can be up to $1000.
The tattoo will be completed upon one session, unless otherwise stated by the artist.
