Cost – $15 for participants.
This event is open to photographers of all ages and skill levels. You do not have to be a member of Roswell Photographic Society. Children must be accompanied by an adult. However, if an adult is accompanying the minor and is NOT participating in the competition, they need only indicate they are coming and do not have to pay a fee.

Meetup – 9:00 am at The Heart of Roswell Park  (925 Canton Street across the street from Mac McGees Restaurant, (red building). There, you will Sign-in and receive additional instructions on how to upload and enter your images.

Parking: Roswell Parking Deck, off of Highway 9, Green Street Parking (behind the Fire Station), the city parking lot just west of Rock ‘N’ Taco, or behind City Hall.

Awards: $100 Prize for First Place Picture. Additional awards will be given by our sponsors. Honorable Mentions will also be noted.

Venue for photography – Downtown Historic Old Roswell, Canton Street.

·        9:30 to 11:30 – Explore & shoot Downtown Old Historic Roswell. Note the 76th Annual Youth Day Parade will be happening from 10-11, giving the photographer many more interesting things to capture.

·        Only images taken between 9:30 and 11:30am on October 3th may be entered in this competition.

·        11:30 – Meet sit relax & post-process photos.

·        11:30 am to 12:30 pm – Post-process photos. You may use any phone apps for this. Choose your top 3 images for judging.  RPS volunteers be will at Bizarre Coffee on Highway 9, near the new parking deck, to assist you in uploading your images. to an online platform. 

·        12:30 – Deadline for uploading images.You will need to add your initials to your images.

·        1 pm – We will announce the winners and distribute prize money and awards at Bizarre Coffee. $100 for First Place. Additional cash awards may be given depending on entry fees collected.
