Together, we can handle immediate administrative steps, explore alternative evaluation paths, and build meaningful, interest-led learning frameworks outside of one-size-fits-all commercial curricula.

Our Scope & Focus: My consulting focuses on empowering parents through educational design, legal compliance, pedagogy, child development frameworks, authentic assessment, and standards alignment. Our primary focus is emergent curriculum—an approach where learning experiences organically grow out of your child's innate interests, developmental stage, and unique questions about the world. I provide the tools, structure, and guidance so that you can confidently deliver this meaningful, personalized learning experience to your child.

Please Note:

• Curriculum Boundaries: To maintain an authentic, independent practice, I do not provide sales, recommendations, or reviews for commercial boxed curricula, nor do I consult on religious or "neutral" programs.
• Service Boundaries: I provide parent-directed consulting and coaching; I do not offer direct tutoring services to children at this time.
• Professional Scope: Consulting does not include special education programming, medical/psychological evaluations, or therapeutic care. Needs beyond educational framework design should be addressed with a licensed professional in that field.

• Initial Session Fee: The initial consulting session fee is $50, payable upon submission of this intake form.
• Additional Services: Any consulting, documentation support, or framework design requested beyond the initial session requires payment upfront before work begins.
• Scope of Services: Services are limited to parent-focused educational consulting, emergent curriculum design, standards alignment, legal compliance, and authentic assessment.
• Exclusions: Services do not include direct tutoring for children, commercial curriculum recommendations/reviews, religious or neutral boxed curriculum consulting, special education programming, or therapeutic services. 

Professional Services Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability Waiver

1. Nature of Consulting Services
Wonderwend Hollow LLC provides parent-directed educational consulting, pedagogical frameworks, and learning design guidance. These services are designed to support a parent or legal guardian in tailoring their child’s learning environment through inclusive, experiential, and secular approaches. Consulting services are strictly advisory and are not a substitute for formal special education programming, speech or occupational therapy, psychological evaluation, medical care, or licensed specialized interventions.

2. Consulting Scope & Parent Responsibility
Wonderwend Hollow LLC provides educational consulting to empower parents in designing their own home education plans, aligning with standards, and navigating legal compliance options. Consulting services do not constitute direct instruction, tutoring, or supervision of children. It remains the sole responsibility of each parent or legal guardian to ensure their child’s education meets all applicable state and local compulsory education laws, filing deadlines, and personal learning goals. Participation in consulting does not automatically fulfill Minnesota’s (or any other state's) legal requirements for homeschooling.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
I understand that every child and family dynamic is unique and that no specific academic performance, standardized test outcome, behavioral change, or developmental milestone can be guaranteed. I accept that results will vary based on individual implementation and factors beyond the consultant’s control.

4. Professional Liability Waiver
I agree not to hold Wonderwend Hollow LLC, its Members (including Jessica Rimbey and Scott Rimbey), facilitators, or advisors personally or professionally liable for any perceived outcome, dissatisfaction, or undesired impact resulting from the implementation of consulting recommendations. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Claims of educational, academic, or developmental non-progression
• Allegations of financial or emotional stress not caused by willful misconduct
• Disagreement with recommended frameworks, pedagogical approaches, or compliance guidance
• Issues arising from state or local regulatory decisions regarding the parent's educational filings

5. Scope of Responsibility
Wonderwend Hollow LLC maintains reasonable professional care in delivering consulting services. The undersigned acknowledges that seeking consulting is voluntary and that the primary responsibility for the child's instruction, daily routine, behavior, and legal compliance rests entirely with the parent or legal guardian.

6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from these consulting services, the parties agree to seek resolution first through direct communication and, if necessary, non-binding mediation before pursuing legal action. Any claim must be brought against Wonderwend Hollow LLC as an entity, not its Members in their personal capacities.

7. Acknowledgment
By signing below, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the above terms. I accept full responsibility for engaging in educational consulting with Wonderwend Hollow LLC and acknowledge the limitations of professional liability outlined herein.
