Join us for an in-person CPR class hosted by Sunflowers Wellness LLC. Learn life-saving techniques and get certified through the American Heart Association for 2 years. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable skills and knowledge to help others in emergencies. In the CPR Course, you will be trained in Basic Life Skills, First Aid and AED. Once you complete the class, you will be certified for 2 years with the American Heart Association.

Hosted in person or virtually monthly. In this full-day training, you’ll learn how to help young people ages 12-18. Topics include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, bullying, social media, substance use and ADHD. You’ll be able to: Recognize signs and symptoms in young people. Use the MHFA Action Plan (ALGEE). Interact with a young person in crisis. Connect a young person with professional help. Address stigma and explain that recovery is possible. Encourage young people to practice self-care.

Hosted virtually. or in person monthly, Stewards of Children®, teaches adults practical actions they can take to reduce instances of child sexual abuse in their organizations, families, and communities. Through interviews with a very diverse group of people with lived experience, experts, and treatment providers, Stewards of Children® is one of the only award-winning, evidence-informed, adult-focused child sexual abuse prevention trainings in the United States proven to increase knowledge and change behavior.

Hosted virtually. or in person monthly, Becoming a certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitator provides you with the core knowledge and skills to confidently utilize Prepare/Enrich's proven assessment and feedback resources to foster resilient relationships and marriages. After the course you will be able to: Prepare couples to take the assessment Interpret the assessment insights Give personalized feedback Initiate meaningful discussion Facilitate relationship skill-building exercises
