• Her Return to Balance:

An Autumn Equinox Women’s Circle ✨
  • As the seasons shift and the Autumn Equinox invites us into a moment of balance between light and darkness, we gather in sacred community to honor the same balance within ourselves.

Her Return to Balance is a 2-hour evening women’s circle created as a space to slow down, reconnect, move, release, and return home to yourself. Together, we’ll honor the transition into a new season through ritual, embodied movement, connection, meditation, and sound.

We’ll begin with a cacao welcome circle, creating a warm and intentional space to arrive, connect, and settle into the evening. We’ll introduce the theme of the circle, share a little about what to expect, and have an opportunity to gently get to know one another before moving deeper into the experience.

From there, Bria will guide us through her DanceYoga Soul Fusion — an introspective and intuitive dance and yoga practice designed to awaken your Shakti, your feminine life force. Through rhythmic movement, dance, yoga, and intentional breath, we’ll move, groove, and flow to awaken the body, generate heat and energy, and create space for deeper embodiment. This practice is an opportunity to release what feels stagnant, reconnect with your intuition, and come into greater harmony within the mind, body, and soul.

We’ll then transition into a space of stillness with a guided meditation and nourishing sound bath led by Ashlynn Cierra, allowing the body and nervous system to soften after movement. Through meditation and the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, you’ll be invited to integrate, rest, receive, and simply be.

Throughout the evening, we’ll also have a shared altar as a symbolic space for intention, reflection, and honoring the season. You are warmly invited to bring a small object that holds personal meaning to you — perhaps a crystal, flower, photograph, meaningful keepsake, or something from nature. Your offering is completely optional, and there is no right or wrong thing to bring.

This circle is an invitation to honor where you are, release what you no longer need to carry, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been asking for your attention.

Come as you are. Move as you feel. Rest as you need. Return to yourself.

🍂 Her Return to Balance is a space for feminine connection, embodied movement, intentional rest, and community as we welcome the wisdom of the Autumn Equinox.
