• Women's Ministries Fall Retreat 2026

    Wisconsin Women's Ministries presents Out of Self and into Jesus. Join us at Camp Wakonda on October 9-11, for a refreshing weekend designed to help women step away from the pressure of perfection and rediscover the peace, courage, and confidence from being securely loved by God. Our special guest speaker will be Tamara Conway.

    Retreat Location: Camp Wakonda W8368 County Hwy E Oxford, WI 53952 

     $100.00 per person

    Saturday only rate: $80 per person

    Registration includes dorm-style lodging for two nights and three days, retreat materials and activities, five meals plus snacks.

    Dorm style lodging at the Hickory or Red Pine Lodge with beds and hot showers.

    On Friday, October 9, registration will begin at 5:00 p.m, followed by a light supper with the first meeting starting at 7:00 p.m. The main meetings and delicious meals will be held in the warmth of Fireside Lodge.

    Tamara Conway

     

    Tamara is a speaker, author, and Grief Recovery Method Specialist who is passionate about helpind people heal from life's most difficult losses and transitions. As co-founder of Stamena4Life, she has spent 20 years walking alongside individuals and families, providing practical tools for emotional healing and growth. She is the author of "Kill the Girl: From Coping to Healing" and co-host of 3ABN television series "When We Talk". Through her faith-centered approach, Tamara empowers others to move beyond pain and live with purpose, clarity, and hope.
