Important Safety Information
Pacemakers and implanted electronic devices: For safety, we cannot provide a welded permanent jewellery service to anyone with a pacemaker or another implanted electronic medical device. A clasped jewellery alternative may be discussed instead.
Skin condition: Permanent jewellery cannot be fitted over broken, infected, inflamed, irritated, recently injured or unhealed skin. The service may need to be postponed until the area has completely healed.
Metal sensitivity and allergies: Our collections include 14K gold-filled, 925 sterling silver and stainless steel. Please contact Auréline London before booking if you have a known metal allergy or sensitivity. We cannot guarantee that any jewellery material will be suitable for every person.
