Society Registration: Fees for all social activities must be prepaid.

There is no meeting fee but you must register.

LIMITED tickets for the social activities will be available for pick up at the TSS registration desk for an additional fee. The deadline for registration for this meeting's social actitivites and hotel block is September 16, 2026. After this date there will be an increase in fees.

Hotel reservations: Please take a moment now to reserve your room at the Omni La Mansion on the Riverwalk in Downtown San Antonio. Reserve your room soon to receive the favorable rate that TSS has negotiated. When you make your reservation, and also when you check in, please identify yourself as associated with the Texas Surgical Society to ensure that the Society is credited for your stay against our guaranteed room block. Please refrain from booking your room through a third party, as this does not get counted toward our guaranteed room block! The deadline for the hotel reservation is Wednesday, September 16, 2026. After this date the rooms will be released for general sale. Reservations received after this date will be taken on a space-available basis and will not be guaranteed the group rate.

Margarita Competition (ADD ON: Friday Cocktail)$50.00

Join us as an individual (or team) to make a signature margarita in our margarita competition. Ingredients and judges included. Feel free to bring a secret ingredient of your choice. To participate you must also purchase tickets to the Friday Cocktail Reception as the competition will occur at the Cocktail Reception. Prices to increase to $60.00 after 9/16/2026. May the best margarita win!

Jogging (Saturday) $5.00

Jogging will be downtown, leaving from the hotel, exploring the King Williams District, a historic home neighborhood along the San Antonio River. Meet in hotel lobby at 6:45a.m. Bottled water and snack will be provided in the hotel lobby.

Transportation will leave the hotel at 9:45 to go to the Pearl for boutique shopping. Lunch will be on your own but reservations have been made for the group at Best Quality Daughter for a easily shared family style experience. After lunch, sign up for a unique glass blowing experience at Caliente. $110 will reserve your experience to make your own glass blown custom ornament.
