ON-SITE FOOD TRUCKS

$35 FLAT FEE

Please let us know your preferred arrival time to begin set up.

We will do our best to assign you your first choice arrival time, but we might have to go with your second or third choice (hopefully not though). We assign times in order to keep traffic moving and things running smoothly. 

Vehicle entrance into the park itself is not possible. Vendors must be prepared to load in and load out belongings. Limited assitance from volunteers will be available the morning of set up.

YOUR ASSIGNED TIME WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU PRIOR TO THE FESTIVAL. If you miss your assigned time, no worries, we will still let you in of course, but you might have to wait for a bit.

VENDOR | ARTIST WAIVER AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

In signing this document, I agree to abide by all the rules and regulations previously set forth. All booths are open to inspection and subject to review by the Cedartown Events Committee throughout the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL. 

I assume all risks associated with this event and hold harmless the City of Cedartown Cedartown Events Committee, HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL, its employees, agents, and volunteers. 

Artist and Artist’s art and personal property are not insured by the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL.  Artist is solely responsible for any injuries Artist incurs in connection with HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL and for any damage that is done to Artist’s Art or personal property and will obtain personal insurance, if needed.

I grant permission to all the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, verbal or written agreements, or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose including publicity.  Participation at the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL does not guarantee Artist’s inclusion in any promotional materials. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf agree to indemnify, release, forever discharge and hold harmless, the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL all sponsoring organizations, and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents and volunteers from any responsibility, personal liability, claims, loss or damage of any kind, or expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to Artists application to and participation in the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL.  This includes but is not limited to special, direct, indirect incidental or consequential damages for injuries of any kind, including but not limited to loss of life or limbs, loss of personal or business income, physical damages, or any other loss whether or not forseeable. 

Neither Artist, nor anyone acting on the Artist’s behalf will bring or maintain any suit in any court to assert a claim against the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL, its directors, officers agents, employees or other person, for any claim that Artist might have arising out of Artists application to or participation in the HOLLOWAY HUNNYPOT FESTIVAL.

 

Food | Concession Rules and Regs

 1.  All concessionaires will decorate their booth so as to provide an attractive and clean appearance.

 2.  Concessionaire agrees to sell only those items approved by the committee.

 3.  All trailers, food trucks should be in their designated booth spaces by 9 a.m. the day of the festival.

 

General Rules

Deadline for applications is  SEPTEMBER 17, 2025.  

Once your application has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.  Email is necessary for all notifications so please provide an email address you check frequently.   Booth fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable.  No space assignment will be made until booth fee is paid.

Acceptance will be made via email and is at the discretion of the Cedartown Events Committee. 

Vendor agrees to have booth ready for viewing by 9:30 a.m. the day of the festival.

Exhibitors will be responsible for their own display set-up, which includes tools, tape, screens, tables, table coverings, chairs, shade or anything required to exhibit.

Each exhibitor is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax of 7%. No commission may be charged.

Deviation from the items listed in your application could result in the closing of your booth without refund.

Exhibitors agree to be present for all scheduled festival hours—rain or shine.

No rain date refunds for rain or any other weather situation.

ALL WORK must be suitable for a family-oriented festival. We do not accept vendors selling CBD or THC products.

Cancellations that occur after acceptance into festival will result in loss of fees.
