Deliverables: Number of minimum deliverables guaranteed is specified for each package, but usually range higher.

Turnaround: Your photos/videos will be delivered within 5–10 days after the race. The 24-Hour Social Content add-on includes only the listed preview content.

Coverage: Coverage focuses on key moments throughout your race. Specific stations, shots, or moments can be requested but not guaranteed.

Booking: Your spot is reserved once race/contact information and payment are received.

Cancellation: If you withdraw from your race due to unforseen circumstances/injury before your scheduled race and notify Mythos Motive Media, your booking may be refunded. Once your race begins and coverage has started, the booking becomes non-refundable.

Teams: Doubles and Relay packages include shared deliverables for the team.
