Artists Surplus Sale

This project is for:

• Artists who want to sell their own art (including seconds, prints, and other products derived from their art).
• Artists with art supplies and equipment they would like to sell.
• Artists offering classes or workshops who want to recruit students.

Set-up: 7am until 9am on January 31st.  Many loading doors for easy access.

VIP preview: 9am until 10am

Public hours: 10am until 5pm 

Move-out: everything must be out by 7pm.

Display Options:

• 10 wide x 10 deep display space $195
• 10 wide x 5 deep space $125

• Add rental of 6' tables: $12 each
• Add rental of 10' wide by 7' tall mesh hanging wall: $25 each
• Add corner (Second side open) $50
• Add power (110 outlet) $50

I agree to all the rules above as well as other rules required by the show, the venues, the city and other government bodies.

I have reviewed the rules in this document and know that I may only show and sell items directly related to me and my creative work.

I understand that payment is due 30 days before the show. 

The $20 application fee is not refundable and covers the costs of processing applications and paying the committee members.
