Adagio Dance Studio’s 2026 Payment Policy
Tuition Policy:
All tuition will be automatically processed on your choice of the 1st or 20th of every month. A valid debit or credit card must be added to each family's tuition account to receive services from Adagio Dance Studio. Debit/credit card information is kept confidential and only used for tuition/dancewear accounts. Tuition prices are determined based on the group and number of classes that your dancer is enrolled in. Tuition prices are subject to change if classes are added or removed from your dancers schedule.
Late Policy:
A 15% late fee will apply to your tuition if tuition is paid after its due date. A late fee will be added the following day if payment is not received on the due date. Avoid paying a late fee by setting a payment arrangement with us prior to the payment date.
Account Holds:
We allow for a 1-month account hold per year. If your dancer needs a break, you can hold your account for 30 days. Submit a hold request, accompanied by your returning month's tuition payment. This payment is automatically processed upon receipt of your request. This will hold your dancer's place in the program while your dancer is away. This account hold payment will be credited toward your dancer's returning month and you will not need to pay tuition for the month of your dancer's return. If you decide to withdraw from the program while your account is on hold, you will forfeit your tuition hold payment. Additionally, your account will be subject to a $200 withdrawal fee.
Registration Fee:
Registration fee is charged at the start of the year each calendar year. You will be automatically re-enrolled unless a 30 day notice is submitted on or before December 1st, 2026.
Payment Arrangements:
Payment Arrangements must be submitted in writing before the tuition due date in order to avoid late fees. If your payment arrangement is made on or after the tuition due date, a 15% late fee will still apply. If the payment arrangement date is not honored and we are unable to process your debit/credit card, or if we are not able to contact you regarding the balance, your dancer will be automatically withdrawn and a withdrawal fee of $200 will be charged to your account.
Refund Policy:
All registration, tuition, recital fees (if applicable), and dance wear items are non-refundable and non-transferable. Dancewear items may be exchanged or you may receive store credit on unused items up to 14 days after purchase. We do not prorate, refund, or credit if your dancer is unable to attend class. If the studio closes due to inclement weather or an emergency, we may offer a rescheduled class in its place.
Withdrawal Policy:
The withdrawal period for our program is held yearly between 12/1/2026-12/7/2026. If you need to withdraw your dancer for any reason outside of the withdrawal period, all early withdrawals will be subject to a fee of $200.
Uniform Policy:
All dancers are required to wear an official Adagio Dance Studio uniform & dance shoes. Your initial registration fee will include a uniform fee that is due upon registration. If there are additional items needed, you can order them through our website or with an Adagio Dance Studio team member.
