Artist Agreement

I understand that to be eligible to show at the Festival of Arts, I must have lived within Orange County for a minimum of one year prior to October 30, 2026. If I am juried into the Festival I also agree to the following:
- I am 18 years of age or older.
- At the time of acceptance, I will provide proof of residency, such as a copy of property tax bill or rental/lease agreement. Note: Studio or Gallery location does not qualify as residence.
- I will be responsible for all Exhibit fees in a timely manner.
- I will show only original art. All work is to be of original design and solely the work of the artist. The work exhibited must match the quality and style of work as represented in the submitted images.
- I will complete a minimum of the required 10 hours of volunteer service.
- I will be accessible for the entire period of the Festival.
Applicant/Artist Code of Conduct:
- Everyone is expected to interact in a professional and respectful manner--in person, online and via email. There is no tolerance for any unprofessional conduct, bullying or any form of harassment.
- When at the Festival of Arts, Artists, Associates, & Artist Guests shall follow the direction of Security and staff at all times.
- Artists are responsible for the actions of their Associates & Guests.
I hearby certify that I am the sole creator (or co-creator in the case of a collaborative application) of the work shown in the attached digital images and I release the Festival of Arts from all claims for damage to these images and my submitted artwork.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE REQUIREMENTS MAY DISQUALIFY THE APPLICANT FROM APPLYING FOR 2027 AND FUTURE YEARS.
