2026 AWARDS BANQUET RESERVATION FORM

The 2026 Awards Banquet will be held on Sunday, September 20th

at the Newton Marriott, Newton, MA.
Guest speaker: Olympian, Abbey Weitzeil

In order to allow room for all Top Ten Swimmers, each swimmer/family may only bring two guests. If there is room after September 11th, then additional guests can be added.

The doors open at 11:45 AM and we should finish before 2:30.

All tickets will be sent via EMAIL (E-Ticket), by September 17th to the contact person listed on this form.

This form is for up to 3 swimmers and 2 guests. Submit more than one form if you have a larger group.

Reservations will not be accepted until payment is received. Details are below.

Fees: Outstanding Swimmers are $25.00.Top 10 Swimmers: $45.00 (*reduced fees available for outreach athletes, call the NE office at 781-449-0270)Guests: $60.00Coaches: $45.00

The reservation DEADLINE is FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11th, or until it is full. (once the quota is filled, reservations will be placed on a waiting list. First preference is given to the top 10 swimmers).

Method of payment: CREDIT or DEBIT CARD, YOUR FORM WILL NOT BE SUBMITTED UNTIL YOU COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION! All refunds are subject to a $10 fee and there will be NO REFUNDS AFTER SEPTEMBER 15th.
