I further agree to indemnify and hold the United States Twirling Association, The ShowTwirlers, The ShowTwirlers Booster Club, North Baltimore Local Schools, and their agents, or employees harmless from any loss sustained as a result of injury to me (or my child) as a result of participation in USTA events. I have read the "Parents / Legal Guardian Responsibilities." in Section 1 of the current edition of the USTA information, procedures and rule manual. As a condition for USTA's acceptance of my (or my child's) entry in a USTA event, I agree to abide by and perform each of the duties set forth in that section. By participating in a USTA event, I give USTA permission to use photos and videos of myself (or my child(ren) taken in conjunction with a USTA event.
