Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your selected Friday, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance and your registration may be transferred to another available Friday. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled club date and no-shows are not eligible for a transfer or credit. If The Hangout cancels a session, participants may choose a full refund or transfer their registration to another available date.
Right to Refuse or Discontinue Participation:
The Hangout is committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue participation when a participant’s behavior presents an immediate safety risk to themselves or others, involves violence, threats, harassment, significant property damage, or substantially disrupts the program despite reasonable efforts to address the situation.When appropriate, The Hangout will work with the participant, guardian, DSP, or support team to identify reasonable supports or accommodations before determining that continued participation is not appropriate. Decisions will not be based solely on a participant’s disability or diagnosis.
