Exhibitor Information & Eligibility:

Exhibitor fee: $200 (Includes both Thursday and Friday). Registration Deadline for exhibitors: November 13, 2026. The Symposium exhibit area is designed to connect attendees tithe organizations, services, programs professional resources, and community resources. Your Exhibitor Registration Includes: 1. Exhibitor Table 2. Two Chairs 3. Registration for two exhibitor representatives. 4. Two non-CEU Symposium Access Passes. 5. Opportunity to distribute organizational resources and promotional materials.

Important Exhibitor Policies:

Exhibitor spaces are limited and may fill before the November 13, 2026 deadline. Exhibitors must remain within their assigned space and follow symposium/venue guidelines. Exhibitors are responsible for their own materials and property. Electrical access is not provided or guaranteed. General retail sales are not permitted. All exhibitor registration fees are nonrefundable. Additional setup, arrival, exhibit hours, and breakdown information will be provided to confirmed exhibitors before the symposium.
